1. Manual transmission in my car. So fun to drive!
2. The energy and enthusiasm of 10 year old girls, especially the 10 we had here today.
3. The breeze - without that I would have stifled today.

Missed a couple days - who knew summer life could be so hectic!

Today I find the positives in:
1. How shiny my hardwood is when it is clean (especially needed after the windstorm last week brought in a veritable truckload of dust)
2. How much more full of life our house is now that our little girl is back from camp!
3. Scoring the perfect amount of grill time for a medium steak. Yum

2. A husband who still brings me flowers, even after 21 years of marriage!

A relaxing day today, easy to find 3 positive things.

1. The crema on the top of my espresso, such a fantastic colour and so airy.
2. A physiotherapist who really gets that life is sometimes too busy to do all those exercises every day and doesn't make me feel guilty.
3. The sunshine streaming in our kitchen window while drinking my first coffee of the day.
